Application flow by Company Representative

Step 1

Select the "New Application of Company Representative" function from the menu. After entering the product introduction page, click on "New Application" to start the application process for Part 1.

Step 2

In Part 1, choose the desired commercial account services and fill in the Company's Business, Financial, and Relevant Individual(s) information.

Step 3

Verify your mobile number, scan your ID, and take a selfie.

Step 4

Set up the Business Internet Banking service and appoint Relevant Individual(s) to operate the service.

Step 5

Enter a valid Invitation Code to enjoy the offer.

Step 6

After submitting Part 1, you will proceed to Part 2. At this point, inMotion will generate a QR code that the Company Representative can forward to the Relevant Individual(s) for identity verification to expedite the account opening process.

Step 7

In Part 2, the Company Representative needs to upload signature samples, company stamps, and company documents. Please use a blue or black ballpoint pen to sign on a blank white paper and place a clear company stamp on another blank white paper.

Step 8

Then, hold the phone camera directly over the signature sample/company stamp, trying to keep the image of the signature sample/company stamp as close to the left and right sides of the shooting frame as possible. When taking the photo, ensure the entire image is clear and visible, without any shadows. During the upload, select the desired documents to upload from the specified location, and follow the instructions to complete the upload.

Step 9

Once the Company Representative and Relevant Individual(s) complete the identity verification, the bank will conduct a company search. When the result of the company search is ready, the Company Representative needs to confirm the search information on inMotion.

Step 10

If the bank finds that any application information needs to be amended during the review process, the Company Representative needs to review and confirm the account opening application information on inMotion to proceed with the account opening process.
